Caroline is a Registered Nurse, a Registered Midwife and has BSc in Human Kinetics and Health Education. She has served in various capacities with Ebonyi state Ministry of Health and Ebonyi State Hospital Management Board.  She has equally served at a  tertiary hospital as head of various units including on the area of Reproductive Health, and Breast and Cervical Oncology.

She joined Essential Health Network for Rural Dwellers in 2010 as a volunteer before her recent rank as a Program Officer. She is a talented health educator and has used this gift diligently in her over 15 years of working in training, sensitization and advocacy at community, local government and state levels.
